The party visits their newly acquired manor and learns that they are not the only occupants. While searching for funds, they get a glimpse into the inner workings of the Waterdeep society.

After dispatching the kenku bandits and rescuing Renar the party has their first encounter with the city watch and their hard-as-rocks leader Captain Stagget. Following a lead, they descend into the sewers, a dark and dangerous world living beneath Waterdeep.

After Volothamp Geddarm beseeches the party to find his lost friend Floon Blagmar, they find themselves deep in the Dock Ward, a literal war zone between rival gangs. But as they follow the trail, they find danger waiting for them.
